ROLLING SCAFFOLDS (General)

1. Read the Code of Safe Practices entitled “Scaffold Users – General.”

2. Dismount rolling scaffolds prior to moving them.

3. Secure or remove all materials and equipment from platform.

4. Set caster brakes at all times when scaffolds are not being moved.

5. Do not attempt to move rolling scaffolds without sufficient help.

6. Check all wheels before moving.

7. Always watch out for holes, overhead obstructions, slopes and debris when moving the scaffold.
